Since its inception, Madison-Deane Initiative (an end-of-life education program of the Visiting Nurse Association of Chittenden and Grand isle Counties)  has brought renowned professionals of the national palliative care community to participate in grand rounds and community presentations.  The most recent presentations have been captured on video are are available for your viewing.  The following videos can also be purchased via CCTV.
